Recent announcements from Allegion continue to highlight all the exciting changes and growth we are experiencing as a company. The risks of ethics and compliance failures are very high. While we have a robust ethics and compliance program, it is up to each of us to ensure that we run our business ethically and comply with the law. We should never assume that “it can’t happen here.” If you see behavior that is inconsistent with our value “Do the Right Thing,” say something! Our failure to diligently prevent and address ethics and compliance violations can result in civil and criminal penalties being imposed on both Allegion and you personally.
